Our obligation and our main concern is that the information given on the website www.sherpa–clothes.gr concerning the quality, quantity, main characteristics and prices of the products to be absolutely accurate.
However, on your computer screen some products may appear slightly different in size, colour and texture compared to reality.
Product prices
The prices listed in the relevant catalogues next to each product include VAT. These prices refer to the quantities that are available, while the www.sherpa-clothes.gr reserves the right to modify the description and prices of its products without prior notification, but is committed to fulfilling your order to send the products you ordered with the features and prices posted on its website at the time of the order.
Payment Methods
1. By Credit/Debit Card:
Each purchase from the website www.sherpa-clothes.gr is made at the buyer’s option with the possibility of payment by credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
The transactions are carried out electronically and securely, in real time, between the Buyer and the owner of the card and ALPHA BANK, which processes the transaction on behalf of www.sherpa–clothes.gr.
In this process, www.sherpa–clothes.gr has no involvement and your sensitive credit/debit card details are not stored in its system.
In case the buyer making the transaction is not the same person as the owner of the Credit Card, www.sherpa-clothes.gr bears no responsibility and has no obligation to refund.

3. Cash on delivery:
You can pay the courier server upon delivery of the products to your location. For cash on delivery there is an extra charge of €2.50 on top of the shipping costs.

On the Bank Deposit Form you will write your full name or the order number and you must send us a copy.
In cases where the deposit is not made within two days from the day the order is placed, then the order is automatically cancelled by the system.
The cost of the bank commission is not charged to the Customer.
Shipping Methods
Products are shipped door-to-door by courier and delivered safely to the address you specify within two or three working days from the day of payment of the order. For orders outside Greece, the products are sent again by courier in two to seven working days from the confirmation of the order.
Website www.sherpa–clothes.gr does not recognize the existence of any liability in case of delay in delivery due to extreme weather conditions, strikes and force majeure, so the above delivery deadline will be extended as long as the reason for the delay
The freight charge is calculated and proposed in the order form. The products are always accompanied by the corresponding documents. The customer has the option to choose the type of document he/she wants (retail receipt or invoice) by filling in the corresponding field on the website.
Shipping MethodsOrders within Greece cost 3.40 euros, if you choose cash on delivery, the cost is 5.90 euros,while for orders over 70€, shipping is free throughout Greece.

Shipping Costs
All shipping and packaging costs are calculated on the total shopping cart in the final payment amount
1. Shipping costs for parcels prepaid by bank transfer or credit card:
Courier – Express delivery: Euro €3,40 (delivery at your place)
2. Costs of sending parcels by cash on delivery using Courier:
Courier: € 5,90. Delivery in 1-3 days at your place.
All charges apply to parcels up to 5 kg. For orders weighing more than 5 kilos the charge is € 1,00 per additional kilo.
Order cancellation
If you wish to cancel the order during the online ordering process, you can click “cancel” and the ordering process is automatically interrupted.
Returns policy
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may use your right to return some or all of the products purchased within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt.
Please note that returned products must not be used, worn, washed, altered or damaged and the labels accompanying the product must be present, exactly as they were when you received it with the retail receipt or invoice. You will still need to contact us via e-mail at info @ sherpa – clothes . gr or call 2262400497 (opening hours of the store) for instructions and a return code.
If the corresponding product you want is not available (e.g. a larger size), the amount of the purchase of the specific product is credited to your account and can be used for any new order you wish.
For reasons of hygiene, beauty products (cosmetics, perfumes and make-up products) are not returnable under any circumstances.
In all the above cases, the return costs are borne by the customer. The shipping of the returned product(s) is charged to the customer with 5€ (please mention the term door-door to the shipping company).
For the return of a non-defective product the return cost is borne by www.sherpa–clothes.gr, while the cost of reshipment of the item chosen for replacement is entirely borne by the customer.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any explanation.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of receipt of the parcel.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by just filling in the Return Form.
In order to keep your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send your notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the deadline. Please send the returned package within the same period in order to be able to inform us (within the Return form) all the necessary details of the package returned (tracking no, courier).
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all money we have received from you, excluding delivery charges, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will process the above refund using the same payment instrument that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not be charged for such refund.
Defective product
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, www.sherpa–clothes.gr will make every effort to replace it with an identical or similar product at no additional cost to you. However, you must inform us by e-mail at
info@sherpa–clothes.gr so that we can send you return instructions and a return code. If the product becomes unavailable, a replacement with an equivalent product can be made upon request or we can refund your money.
Website www.sherpa–clothes.gr does not have a warranty policy. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur from normal wear and tear, misuse and destruction during the removal of the labels.
For any product return it is necessary to fill in the relevant PRF return form (product return form), which is posted on our website.
Limitations of liability
For all products contained in the catalogues of www.sherpa–clothes.gr there are clear indications of the availability of our warehouse. The transaction will be considered completed only after sending a written electronic confirmation. In case the execution of an order is impossible, www.sherpa–clothes.gr has the right to withdraw and not fulfill it, and in case the price has already been collected, it will be refunded by a deposit to your Bank account.
